Colette Burke

Hi! My name is Colette and I am a Freshman at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Although born in Bogota, Colombia, I have grown up all over the U.S. and have been able to be exposed to many different places, experiences and cultures. At Purdue, I am a Music and Communications double major with an interest in History. I am a member of Purdue's all female choir, The Purduettes, founded in 1942. 

 In my spare time I tutor younger students in math as well as volunteer time with Toys for Tots. This is a joyful experince for me.

Since I was a child, my passion has been singing.  One of my biggest accomplishments is being able to sing The National Anthem for professional sports teams and major events throughout the country.
